The Art in Conversation - Talking and listening are essential pieces of a good and healthy relationship.  In order to have good conversation, we must appreciate its artistic elements.

Please join us for a community discussion looking into the art in conversation and a mindful way to connect with others.  This is one of the topics in the new book "The Lost Art of Good Conversation" by Sakyong Mipham.  You don't need to have read the chapter before this workshop, all are welcome to join us for conversation and tea.

The workshop will be led by Celeste Budwit-Hunter and Marlin Murdock and will include guided meditation, a talk, and discussion using one of the contemplations from the Sakyong’s book. Open to all, no previous meditation experience needed.

We will have books available if you would like to purchase one or if you would like one in advance email [email protected]

We are located at 808 W. Main St. 77006, just off Montrose and Richmond at Bayou Bliss. Everyone is welcome.  There is plenty of street parking available.

Suggested donation: $15 / Books will be available for purchase for $15

    * The next workshop in this series will be on Sunday, January 21st.  See the calendar for additional details.
